Wedding Invitation Communication: My Office Hours

  • Mon + Tues: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
  • Wed – Fri: 9 AM – 2 PM EST
  • Weekends & holidays? Closed. That’s when I rest, reset, and refill my inspiration cup.
  • If you email me outside these hours, just know I’ll get back to you once I’m back in my design studio.

I reply to emails within 48 business hours. I don’t live in my inbox — because if I did, I’d never get your designs done. If you email me on a weekend, you’ll hear from me once the business week begins.

Why I Don’t Text You (Even Though I Love You)

I keep all communication in email. It’s not that I wouldn’t love to chat about your wedding while I’m in line at Target… but design details can get lost faster than you can say “where’s that inspo pic?” Email keeps everything in one sparkly, organized place — no digging through text threads.

How Feedback Works for Wedding Branding

When it’s time to review your designs, you’ll use the interactive proof forms in your client portal. That’s the VIP spot for feedback — not my inbox. Why? Because proof forms keep everything neat, timestamped, and totally clear. You can learn more about the feedback process HERE.

Deadlines: They’re Not Suggestions

From day one, you’ll have a timeline with every due date mapped out. If you’re late on submitting info, your mail date will most likely shift. And yes, late fees are a thing — because my calendar is built to give every couple their moment, and I won’t bump someone else’s spot to accommodate lateness.
