This is where you and your planner hand me the goods: your info forms, guest count, and the creative vibes. Think of it like pre-gaming before the big show. Without this, the design magic can’t even begin.

• Fill out your design + info forms (wedding date, household count, inspo, etc.)
• Send over any required templates (like your guest list in the provided format)
• Gather wording details for your invitations and inserts
• I’ll start prepping your design direction and creative mood

Month 2: Wedding Invitation Design Phase 🎨

This is the fun part. I take everything you’ve shared and start sketching, building your Look Book, and designing your invitations + branding. You’ll get rounds of proofs (with revisions built in) so we land on the exact right vibe.

• We’ll have an optional design meeting to walk through direction
• You’ll receive your Look Book — a curated guide with color palettes, fonts, and inspiration for your wedding world
• You’ll receive your design round(s) for review (up to 2 revision rounds included)
• Final designs are prepped for production

Month 3: Wedding Invitation Production + Assembly 🖤

Once you approve the final design, your invitations head into production. Every detail is meticulously handled — from printing to embellishments to assembly.

• Printing begins only after you’ve approved designs + paid your balance in full
• Upgrades (die cuts, foil, vellum, ribbon, etc.) are produced
• Assembly (if you’ve chosen it) is handled with expert care
• Everything is packaged and ready for delivery

⏰ Goal: Invitations are shipped to you in time to mail out 8–12 weeks before your wedding.
