Review the details of your custom quote. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your spot, along with a signed contract. Both steps need to be completed before you are considered booked for custom design. You will be able to submit your retainer along with your signed contract via the same form your custom quote is on

Reach out no later than 6 months before your wedding to book your custom invitation design.

After reviewing your quote, sign the attached contract and pay your 50% non-refundable retainer via the attached invoice.
Both steps above must be complete in order to secure your spot. The date will remain open for other couples to book until both actions are completed.

Custom invitation design takes about 3 months to complete. This includes onboarding, design, and assembly. Your invitations will be shipped to you 3 months before your event.

Each project varies by your custom needs. All packages include a design fee + the cost of printed pieces. Minimum investment starts at $1,500 for 50 invitation sets. The average custom client invests between $3,500 - $5,000 for their custom designed wedding stationery (save the dates, invitations and day-of items). The design fee is the cost associated with working exclusively with Kat to create a completely custom design based on your love story. Envelope addressing expertise ,wording guidance and invitation suite assembly -- stress free. You will also be provided with a completely custom curated color palette and carefully selected luxury fonts for your design.
Day of Items are offered to custom invitation clients only and are not offered as an ala carte offering. The minimum investment for a day-of package is $2,000 and includes the design fee and printed items. Paper Love Spell will not take on projects where the $2,000 minimum is not met.
