Booking your wedding design spot with Paper Love Spell is easy (and way less stressful than figuring out your seating chart). I’ve got the process down to a science so you know exactly when, how, and what you need to do to lock in your date — and give us plenty of time to craft the bold, personal, and totally unforgettable wedding branding you’re dreaming of.
Let’s break it down step-by-step so you can secure your spot and we can get this wedding design party started.
01 Step 1: Fill Out the Inquiry Form
02 Step 2: Review Your Custom Proposal(s)
03 Step 3: Sign Contract(s) & Pay Design Retainer(s)
04 Book Early to Stay on Schedule
After we chat and I know all the juicy details about your wedding vision, I’ll create a proposal for each design service you want:
Each proposal comes with its own contract and invoice, because we like to keep things neat, organized, and foolproof. You don’t have to book all three services — though most couples do, because a fully branded wedding is a cohesive experience your guests will remember forever.
You’ll get a link to schedule an optional Google Meet call to review your proposals and make tweaks if needed. Or, if you’re ready to commit, you can just email me back with your chosen package(s). Totally chill — PJs and cocktails encouraged.
Once you pick your package(s), it’s time to make it official:
Once both steps are done for each design service you’re booking, you’re officially on my design calendar. I do not hold dates, so if you know we’re a match say “I DO”.
Timing is everything if we want your wedding stationery and branding to arrive on time:
Booking early keeps the process stress-free and gives you more flexibility with mailing to your guests. If you wait until after these booking cut offs, a rush fee will be applied to your invoice and will be percentage based on how late you book and seasonality. This is also subject to availability.
Ready to work together and create your wedding wonderland of creative visuals? Start with my inquiry form. From there, we’ll talk timelines, your vision, and how to create wedding branding so you it couldn’t possibly belong to anyone else.
