WEDDING INVITATION FAQ

HOW MUCH DO WEDDING INVITATIONS COST?

Every invitation suite is custom created for each bride. Pricing depends quantity, printing method and materials needed as well as other factors. One invitation suite includes an invitation card, RSVP card, main envelope and RSVP envelope and is $5 for a digitally printed suite. Upgrades like foil printing, edge painting, ribbon, envelope liners, envelope addressing will incur additional fees.


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A WEDDING INVITATION SUITE?

A invitation card  + main envelopes, RSVP card and RSVP envelope + are included in a standard design package.


WHAT IS A DESIGN FEE?

This is the working with Paper Love Spell fee. Our experience, expertise and unique design perspective all combine to create a one-of-a kind custom experience for you. I give you the stars and the moon and pack value that you won't find with other designers. Our clients love the design Look Books they get as a first peek at their design concept. We also have a crazy gorgeous font library that continues to grow with each creative project. You also get your own client portal where all of your forms and interactive feedback is stored.


WHERE DO YOU SERVE YOUR CLIENTS?

All over the country! The studio is based in Palm Beach County, Florida but that doesn't mean I only work with Florida brides. I am originally from Long Island so I serve quite a bit in that area. I love getting to know brides from other states, so don't be shy! P.S. -- out of state clients save on sales tax.


WHEN SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU?

Brides should book at least 6 months before their wedding date. This ensures the wedding invitations arrive in plenty of time. The design phase takes about a month and production takes an additional month.


DO YOU REQUIRE A RETAINER?

Yes, in order to secure your spot on the design calendar, a 50% non-refundable retainer must be paid.


DO YOU DESIGN SAVE THE DATES?

Yes! This includes the Save the Date card, main envelope as well as guest + return addressing. Each set starts at $4.50 for digitally printed suites.


WHEN SHOULD I SEND OUT MY SAVE THE DATES

Send Save the Dates out 6-8 months before your wedding date. 


DO YOU DESIGN DAY-OF STATIONERY?

Yes! This service is offered to previous clients only, to ensure a cohesive look. Items include place cards / escort cards, table numbers, menus, programs, etc.

WHEN SHOULD I MAIL OUT INVITATIONS TO GUESTS?

Send your invitations out to guests 2 months before your wedding date. Send out even earlier if you are having a destination wedding. 


WHAT IS INCLUDED IN INVITATION ASSEMBLY?

Once all of your invitation pieces arrive in studio, we take care of putting everything together for you, should you hire us for this step. Depending on the level of customization this includes: adhering postage, tying ribbon, gluing envelope liners, adhering wax seals, and envelope stuffing.


DO YOU ADDRESS THE ENVELOPES FOR ME?

We save our brides a lot of time by providing return addressing and guests addressing upgrades to your package.
