Let's create your personality packed custom invitation suite.
Paper Love Spell brides spend an average of $1,300 for 50 sets of digitally printed custom invitations. This includes an invitation card, RSVP card, main envelope. RSVP envelope + return and guest addressing. Pricing will depend on print method (digital versus foil printing), upgrades such as wax seals, silk ribbon, glitter stuffed envelopes, edge painting, vellum, envelope liners, Save the Date cards and additional inserts like details cards. Suites are printed on 120lb bright white stock or 105lb metallic shimmer stock. We also offer 240lb double-thick stock as an upgrade.
STEP ONE: INQUIRY + QUOTE
No consultation required (we know you have tons of wedding planning to take care of so #aintnobodygottimeforthat). Your quote will be sent to you within 3 business days. If everything looks good, you can sign your contract and pay your 50% non-refundable retainer all at the same time. Congrats, your spot on the design calendar is secure and you're officially a Paper Love Spell bride!
STEP TWO: INSPIRATION + LOOK BOOK
You will be sent two forms to fill out: the design form + information form. Both of these wedding invitation questionnaires will be used to create your custom Look Book. This invitation "first look" includes a color palette, wedding inspiration images and a concept sketch for your suite based on what you've shared. The best part? You get to share your feedback via your client portal.
STEP THREE: INVITATION DESIGN ROUNDS
A digital mockup of your invitation suite will be sent to you along with a feedback form where you can leave love notes for each piece. Each design package comes with three complimentary revisions before incurring additional design round fees (hasn't happened yet!). At this point, your guest addressing list needs to be submitted so we can address your envelopes.
STEP FOUR: DESIGN APPROVAL, PRINT + PRODUCTION
OMG, you're in love with the design, proofed each piece for spelling and you're ready to have your stationery come to life! Once you sign your approval form, we will send your invitation suite to our printing team and begin sourcing all of the materials for your project.
STEP FIVE: ASSEMBLY + MAILING Once all of your invitation pieces arrive in studio, we quality check each and every single damn one. Mailing will only occur when you have paid 100% of any remaining invoice amount and you have signed our USPS Mailing Agreement. We'd love to assemble your suites and mail everything to your guests for you! If you prefer to handle assembly and make it a bridal party night in, that's totally cool! If you decide to do this, we will ship all of your unassembled pieces straight to you.
