wHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY DESIGN?

Reach out no later than 6 months before your wedding to book your custom invitation design.

Reach out no later than 9 months before your wedding to book your custom Save the Date design.weeks before your wedding or event is highly recommended. We are currently booking 2023 weddings and 2024 weddings.

what is a design fee?

The design fee is the cost associated with working exclusively with Kat to create a completely custom design based on your love story. Envelope addressing expertise, wording guidance and invitation suite assembly -- stress free. You will also be provided with a completely custom curated color palette and carefully selected luxury fonts for your design. a design fee as these are predesigned collections which are limited to a select ink color library and set of envelope colors. With custom design, there is no limit to what we can source for your invitation dreams!

WHAT IS A DESIGN REVISION AND HOW MANY DO I GET?

Design revisions are small changes you'd like to make to your design after providing feedback after your design is presented to you. In order to keep within your timeline, you are given 3 complimentary revisions with your invitation package.

5 months // Design
4 months // Production
3 months // Shipping

Mailing date: 8-12 weeks before

will my invitations arrive to me assembled?

As a complimentary service, your invitations will come stuffed in the envelopes and unsealed. RSVP postage and invitation postage will be placed for you if provided.  If additional items such as wax seals and ribbon are added to your suite package, assembly will also be included.

Save the Dates should be mailed around 6 months before your wedding or event. We are currently booking 2023 weddings and 2024 weddings.

WHEN SHOULD I MAIL MY INVITATIONS?

Invitations should be mailed to your guest between 8-12 weeks before your wedding or event. Paper Love Spell aims to have your invitations shipped to you 3 months before your wedding but this is dependant on each client submitting needed information by each deadline given throughout th custom design process.

WILL YOU MAil MY INVITATIONS OUT FOR ME?

We currently do not offer mailing to guests as a service. We will ship your fully assembled invitation suites to you (envelopes unsealed).

do you provide day-of items?

Day of Items are offered to custom invitation clients only and are not offered as an ala carte offering. The minimum investment for a day-of package is $2,000 and includes the design fee and printed items. Paper Love Spell will not take on projects where the $2,000 minimum is not met.
